Wailea Restaurants Earn Top Honors

For those who frequent Wailea, it is common to describe dining out to be more of an experience than simply the food. With some of the most scenic settings in the world, outdoor dining is perfected in Maui’s southern coast. So with that, OpenTable released it’s  Top 100 Outdoor Dining Restaurants. Surely Maui must have one or two entries. Restaurant Week Wailea in May

The Wailea Resort is proud to announce the return of the ever popular, Restaurant Week Wailea. This celebration of Wailea’s finest cuisine will take place at 16 participating resort restaurants throughout Wailea from Sunday, May 20, through Saturday, May 26. Each participating restaurant has agreed to make a contribution to the Maui Food Bank for every pre-fixe entre sold during Restaurant Week Wailea, as part of the resorts community giving. A Glimpse of Life in Wailea

Although scenic photos of Hawaii are  ‘nice’ to see, it doesn’t truly depict life is like, specially in luxury areas such as Wailea. Having moved out here from the East Coast several years ago, my perspective is that of an incomer who has learned to truly embrace what Maui has to offer.
